The ordering process consists of two parts:
Processing Time: The order is accepted, quality checked, and the package is packed. Orders are shipped within 3–5 business days after being received by us.
Delivery Time: The delivery time is the time it takes to transport the goods from us to the destination. This typically takes 8-10 business days.
Packaging and Labelling
We are currently updating our packaging. During this transition period, your order may arrive under a different brand name than the one shown on this website.
This affects the outer label and packaging only. The product you receive is the same formulation, with the same ingredients, dosage and manufacturer as described on this website. Both labels refer to the same product.
If your order arrives and you are unsure whether it matches what you purchased, email us at info@ingoodness.com with your order number and a photo of the label, and we will confirm it for you

Standard shipping is free on every order.
At checkout you can upgrade to Fast Delivery ($5.90), delivered within 5-7 business days from dispatch. If it arrives later than that, email us at info@ingoodness.com with your order number and we'll refund the Fast Delivery fee in full.
Taxes
You are responsible for all taxes, duties, and charges imposed by the jurisdiction to which the products are shipped, including but not limited to sales or use tax, value-added tax, or customs duties.
